2. Shipping

Shipping method

We ship all our products with Posti.

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping costs (Finland) are 9,90€ (incl Vat.. 25,5%)

Return and refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund by contacting customer support before the order has been sent. Our products have a normal return of purchase policy of 14 days.

We do not offer free return shipping. Claims are handled individually.

When returning a living plant please photograph the plant before shipping it back so that any damage occured during transport won't cause issues. Please package the plant the same way you received it.

Refunds are given through the same method of payment that was used. 

Please contact customer support in returns of purchase so that we can ensure the health and wellbeing of the plant when returned.

Shipping time

Because we ship living plants we ship our products on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure a short logistic chain directly from our nursery to customer. Orders made after 13.00 o'clock on Monday are sent the following week.

Normal shipping time is 2-5 days from shipping and thus 2-10 days from ordering.
