Shipping method

We ship all our products with Posti.

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping within Finland is 10,90 € (incl. VAT 25.5%).
Shipping to Åland is 15,90 € (incl. VAT 25.5%)

Return and refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund by contacting customer support before the order has been sent. Our products have a normal return of purchase of 14 days.

We do not offer free return shipping. Complaints are handled individually.

When returning a living plant please phoograph the plant before shipping so that any damage occured during transport wont cause issues. Please package the plant the same way you received it.

Refunds are given through the same method of payment that was used. 

Please contact customer support in returns of purchase so that we can ensure the health and wellbeing of the plant when they return.

Shipping time

Because we ship living plants we ship our products on mondays and tuesdays to ensure a short logistic chain from nuresry to customer. Orders made after monday 13.00 are sent the next week.

Normal shipping time is 2-5 days from shipping and thus 2-10 days from ordering.
